Job summary

Amcor is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) professional to lead safety programs for a 150–350 employee facility. You will drive EHS initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and integrate sustainability into daily operations to minimize risk and environmental impact.

The role partners with plant leadership to advance a high-performance EHS culture and aligns with Amcor's values and global safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EHS, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing and 5+ years in EHS.
• Certifications CSP, CIH, CHMM are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site EHS safety committee.
• Serve as a member of the plant Leadership Team.
• Develop and enhance the EHS management system at the facility.
• Identify best practices and manage Safety and Environmental Pillars of WCOM.
• Plan facility EHS goals and review performance.
