Job summary

Amcor Chippewa Falls WI is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead and administer Environmental, Health and Safety programs. You will align regulatory requirements with corporate policies and promote a safety‑driven culture across 150–350 employees.

You will develop, implement and continually enhance the EHS Management System, lead the safety committee, perform inspections, deliver training, track metrics, and report progress to leadership while advancing sustainability and risk reduction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EHS, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years relevant manufacturing experience.
• CSP/CIH/CHMM certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead or facilitate the site EHS safety committee.
• Serve as a member of the plant Leadership Team.
• Develop and enhance the Amcor EHS Management System at the facility.
• Identify and leverage EHS best practices and manage through WCOM pillars.
• Lead EHS planning with goals and performance review systems.
• Assist managers and employees with EHS initiatives.
• Coordinate inspections and regulatory compliance.
• Provide progress reports to management and employees.
