Job summary

Amcor is seeking an experienced EHS Manager for our Evansville facility. You will lead the EHS program, promote a high-performance safety culture, and drive regulatory compliance across the site.

You will collaborate with engineering and operations to reduce environmental impact, develop training, and advance sustainability initiatives while ensuring alignment with Amcor policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in process improvement, problem solving and root cause analysis.
• Strong presentation and training abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead or facilitate the site EHS safety committee.
• Member of the plant Leadership Team.
• Develop and maintain the Amcor EHS Management System.
• Identify and leverage EHS best practices.
• Plan EHS goals and performance reviews for the facility.
• Coordinate regulatory inspections and reporting.
