Job summary

Amcor LLC is seeking an EH&S Manager to proactively manage safety, health and environmental programs across the plant, ensuring compliance with regulations and minimizing environmental impact. The role involves data analysis, incident investigations and coordinating training for all employees.

The successful candidate will design and administer safety systems, act as liaison with regulatory bodies, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years safety experience in an industrial setting.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask.
• Extensive knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other government regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements and manages safety programs, policies and procedures.
• Identifies hazardous conditions/actions within the plant and recommends corrective measures.
• Investigates and prepares presentations for all incidents and property losses.
• Organizes and oversees all required safety training (forklift, lockout, onboarding).
• Maintains OSHA 300 log and safety teams and supports regulatory audits.
