Job summary

Amcor is seeking an EHS Manager for the Chippewa Falls, WI facility to develop and administer environmental, health, and safety programs in line with regulatory requirements and corporate policies.

The role leads EHS planning, identifies best practices, and works with engineering to reduce safety hazards and environmental impact while fostering a high-performance EHS culture across a 150–350 employee site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EHS, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years manufacturing experience in EHS.
• CSP/CIH/CHMM certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site EHS safety committee.
• Serve as a member of the plant Leadership Team.
• Develop and maintain the EHS Management System at the facility.
• Plan and prioritize EHS goals and performance reviews.
• Assist managers and employees with EHS implementations.
• Conduct inspections and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide progress reports to management and employees.
• Coordinate resources to manage EHS requirements and records.
