Amcor is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) leader to develop and administer facility EHS programs in line with regulations and corporate standards. The role drives awareness, accountability, and integration of EHS across sites with 150–350 employees.

You will lead the EHS management system, partner with site leadership, perform inspections, train staff, and manage incident investigations to uphold a high-performing EHS culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EHS, engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years manufacturing experience in EHS roles.
• Certifications CSP/CIH/CHMM are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead or facilitate the site EHS safety committee.
• Serve as a member of the plant Leadership Team.
• Lead development and implementation of the Amcor EHS Management System at the facility.
• Identify and leverage EHS best practices within World Class Operations Management (WCOM).
• Plan EHS goals and performance reviews; drive improvements.
• Assist managers and employees with implementing safety initiatives.
• Conduct inspections and assessments to ensure regulatory and Amcor KPI compliance.
• Provide progress reports to corporate and facility management.
