Job summary

Amcor is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) professional to develop and administer EHS programs for facilities with up to 150 employees. The role emphasizes integrating EHS initiatives with business activities, reducing liability and promoting sustainability.

You will lead the EHS committee, participate in the Leadership Team, and advance the Amcor EHS Management System while driving best practices across operations.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor\'s degree in EHS, engineering, or related field highly preferred.
• A minimum of 1 to 3 years relevant manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead or facilitate the site EHS safety committee.
• Serve as a member of the plant Leadership Team.
• Lead the development, implementation and continual enhancement of the Amcor EHS Management System at the facility.
• Identify and leverage EHS best practices and manage through the Safety and Environmental Pillars of World Class Operations Management.
