Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) in Central, Ohio is seeking an EHR System Analyst to support daily use, troubleshooting, and optimization of the EHR system for clinicians and staff. You’ll help with training, testing, and feature implementations while collaborating with the vendor and IT team.

The role requires triage of issues, maintenance of workflows, and go-live support, with travel within the service area. Strong communication and HIPAA knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and auto insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily EHR end-user support across clinical/operational teams.
• Triages issues and escalates complex problems to senior analyst/vendor.
• Assist in maintaining EHR workflows, templates, and docs.
• Perform basic testing of minor changes and upgrades.
• Deliver initial EHR training to new staff/providers and update user guides.
• Coordinate with HR for new staff training and go-live support.
• Participate in testing of new features and patches per plan.
