Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) in Central, OH is seeking an EHR System Analyst. The role provides frontline support for the EHR, assists with training, testing and implementation of new features, and maintains workflows to ensure the system operates reliably in clinical and operational settings.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of EHR experience, familiarity with CareLogic or NextGen preferred, strong HIPAA knowledge, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 2–4 years of EHR support experience in healthcare/behavioral health.
• Experience with CareLogic or NextGen preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily end-user support for the EHR system across clinical/operational teams.
• Assist with testing, implementation, and onboarding of new features.
• Maintain EHR workflows, templates, and documentation standards.
