Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) seeks an EHR System Analyst in Central Ohio to support daily EHR use, training, testing, and feature enhancement. You’ll work with clinicians, IT, and vendors to ensure reliable operations and smooth care delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–4 years supporting an EHR system in healthcare.
• CareLogic or NextGen experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to end users of the EHR system and resolve issues.
• Triage issues and escalate complex ones to Senior EHR System Analyst or vendor.
• Assist in delivering initial EHR training to staff and providers.
• Maintain EHR workflows, templates, and documentation standards.
• Coordinate testing of minor changes and new features.
• Assist with testing upgrades and patches per plans.
• Provide day-of go-live support and user communications.
• Travel within the designated service area as needed.
