Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) in Central Ohio is seeking an EHR System Analyst to support daily use, troubleshoot, train, and test new features of the EHR system. You will work with clinicians, IT, and the vendor to ensure smooth EHR operation and implement improvements.

The role requires 2–4 years of EHR experience in healthcare, familiarity with CareLogic or NextGen, and a health IT background. Some travel within the service area is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience supporting an EHR system in a behavioral health or healthcare setting.
• Experience with CareLogic or NextGen EHR preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Technology or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily end-user support across clinical and operational teams for the EHR system.
• Triages issues and escalates complex cases to Senior Analyst or vendor.
• Serve as point of contact for user questions and routine technical assistance.
• Maintain EHR workflows, templates, and documentation standards as directed by IT leadership.
• Perform initial testing of minor changes, updates, or enhancements to the EHR system.
• Support documentation of processes, updates, and user guides.
