Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is recruiting an EHR System Analyst to provide daily support for the EHR system across clinical and operational teams. This role involves troubleshooting, user assistance, training, and working with the IT leadership to maintain workflows and documentation.

The position requires 2-4 years of EHR experience in healthcare, familiarity with HIPAA, and at least 1 year with CareLogic or NextGen.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Technology, Informatics, Computer Science or related fields preferred.
• 2-4 years experience supporting an EHR system in healthcare.
• 1 year of experience with CareLogic or NextGen EHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to end users of the EHR system.
• Triage and escalate system issues as appropriate.
• Assist in training and documenting EHR processes and updates.
• Go-live support and basic training for new features.
