Elsevier's Customer Success team is seeking an EHR Integration Specialist, a role that bridges clinical content delivery with healthcare IT workflows.

You will work with physicians, nurses and IT staff to align HL7/FHIR integrations, configure access, and ensure smooth adoption, with visibility at the highest levels.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with Single Sign-On, embedded URL linking, Infobutton, SMART on FHIR.
• Proficiency in Confluence/Jira, Excel, Word, MS Project, Visio.

Responsabilidades

• Become the expert on the business models and rules behind each Clinical Solutions product
• Master the access and entitlement methods used across our business
• Partner with Elsevier's Implementation Lead to match client needs to the right Elsevier solution
• Lead complex integration conversations with customer IT teams
• Answer customer questions on technical requirements and integration capabilities
• Spot process improvements, then recommend, implement, and sustain them
• Maintain technical integration documentation that captures and shares best practices
• Connect teams across departments so downstream functions succeed
• Develop and refine processes for enhanced features that drive customer retention
