Job summary

Elsevier’s Customer Success team seeks an EHR Integration Specialist to bridge client IT with our Clinical Solutions. You’ll guide integrations, define technical conversations, and ensure smooth configuration and back-office alignment so clinicians access trusted content at the point of care.

You’ll work on HL7/FHIR-based workflows, SSO setups, and documentation, collaborating with implementation leads and customer teams to deliver reliable, scalable integrations.

Qualifications

• Strong IT background with clinical data standards (HL7, FHIR) and identity management.
• Hands-on experience with SSO, OAuth and SAML/ADFS implementations.
• Proficiency with common collaboration tools and MS Office suite.
• Track record delivering enterprise integrations with EHR vendors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Become the expert on business rules behind each Clinical Solutions product.
• Master access/entitlement methods across the business.
• Partner with Implementation Lead to map client needs to the right solution.
• Lead complex integration conversations with client IT teams.
• Answer questions on technical requirements and integration capabilities.
• Document best practices and maintain technical integration docs.
