Job summary

Elsevier is seeking an EHR Integration Specialist within Customer Success (Clinical Solutions) to bridge client needs and our SaaS platform. You’ll guide complex integration conversations, configure systems, and ensure the right clinical content appears where clinicians work in the EHR.

You’ll work with healthcare IT teams, lead technical discussions, and document best practices to improve satisfaction and retention. A strong IT background in HL7/FHIR and SSO is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Experience with EHR integrations and healthcare IT standards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Become the expert on the business models and rules behind each Clinical Solutions product.
• Master the access and entitlement methods used across our business.
• Partner with Elsevier’s Implementation Lead to match client needs to the right Elsevier solution
• Lead complex integration conversations with customer IT teams and stakeholders.
• Answer customer questions on technical requirements and integration capabilities with confidence.
• Spot process improvements, then recommend, implement, and sustain them.
• Maintain technical integration documentation that captures and shares best practices.
• Connect teams across departments so downstream functions succeed.
• Develop and refine processes for enhanced features that drive customer retention.
