Job summary

Elsevier is seeking an EHR Integration Specialist within the Customer Success team. You will bridge customer needs with our Clinial Solutions, guiding configurations, specifications, and back-office alignment to improve clinician access to content at the point of care.

You will lead integrations, discuss technical requirements with client IT teams, and document best practices to drive customer satisfaction and retention. A strong IT background in healthcare IT is required.

Qualifications

• Strong IT background with health IT integration experience.
• Hands-on experience with standards and integration tools (HL7, FHIR, OAuth, SAML).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Become the expert on business models and rules behind each Clinical Solutions product.
• Master the access and entitlement methods used across our business.
• Lead complex integration conversations with customer IT teams and stakeholders.
• Answer customer questions on technical requirements and integration capabilities with confidence.
• Maintain technical integration documentation and best practices.
