Job summary

Skyward is seeking a Customer Success Technical Specialist in Stevens Point, WI, with potential remote opportunities in multiple states. Starting salary is $45,988.80, with travel required and a focus on helping K-12 schools succeed using Skyward software.

You will be the front line for customers, developing implementation plans and providing training, solutions, and exceptional service while collaborating with your team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel independently for business purposes.
• Average of 40 travel days per calendar year.
• The individual will be required to travel and is an essential function of the job. The employee must be able to drive up to six hours while traveling to and from customer’s sites. Overnight stays may be required.
• Must have a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work both in team and solo environments.
• Dependable with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the front line in our mission to provide the best possible experience for our customers.
• Develop personalized implementation plans for new customers and contribute to the ongoing success of current customers.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills and the willingness to do what is necessary to achieve customer satisfaction with Skyward solutions.
• Consult with customers through voice, electronic means, and in-person to gather information and evaluate the software functionality.
• Design and formulate appropriate solutions, direct system set-up, and recommend procedures.
