Job summary

Skyward is seeking a Customer Success Technical Specialist to join our Stevens Point, WI team, coordinating with K-12 schools to implement Skyward software and train users. You’ll build tailored plans for new and existing customers and work closely with a supportive team to ensure success.

The role emphasizes high-quality customer service, travel readiness (up to 25%), and collaboration across departments to deliver solutions. A 2- or 4-year degree or equivalent experience is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel up to 25% for business, domestically.
• A two- or four-year degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop personalized implementation plans for new customers and contribute to ongoing success.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills and drive customer satisfaction with Skyward solutions.
• Consult with customers via voice, email, and in-person to gather information and evaluate software functionality.
• Travel independently for business; 25% travel (approx. 40 days/year).
• Travel up to six hours driving to customer sites; overnight stays may be required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• A two- or four-year degree or equivalent experience will be considered.
