Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years in teaching and education sales preferred in publishing.
• Proven track record of consistent sales growth and meeting goals.
• Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
• Ability to build and execute complex sales solutions.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers and internal partners.
• Strong territory management and organizational skills.
• Proficient with business technologies, multiple applications, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Able to transport materials to customer locations and lift 50 lbs unaided.

Responsibilities

• Engage in sales call activities to explore and present product solutions.
• Meet or exceed annual sales goals.
• Create and implement strategic territory and business plans.
• Drive new business to foster growth within the territory.
• Provide accurate forecast and sales activity reporting using company sales tools.
• Participate in network-building opportunities within territory, including conferences and industry functions.
• Other duties as needed.
