Cengage is seeking a results-driven Sales role to expand our education product footprint in the United States. You will engage with prospective customers, present digital and print solutions, and strive to exceed annual sales targets.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, at least 2 years in education sales, and a proven ability to close deals. You will manage territory plans, forecast activity, and collaborate with internal teams to drive growth.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years in teaching and education sales, preferably in publishing.
• Proven track record of consistent sales growth and goal achievement.
• Excellent verbal, written and electronic communication skills.
• Ability to build and execute complex sales solutions.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
• Strong territory management and organizational skills.
• Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Aufgaben

• Engage in sales call activities to prospective customers to explore and present product solutions for our digital and print products.
• Meet or exceed annual sales goals.
• Create and implement strategic territory and business plans.
• Drive new business to foster growth within the territory.
• Provide accurate forecast and sales activity reporting using company sales tools and historical data.
• Participate in network building opportunities within territory, including conferences, group presentations, and industry functions.
• Other duties as needed.
