Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; 2+ years teaching and education sales preferred.
• Proven sales growth and goal achievement track record.
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken form.
• Ability to craft and close complex sales solutions.
• Ability to develop and nurture relationships with customers and partners.
• Strong territory management and organizational skills.
• Proficient with business technologies, CRM and Office; lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage in sales call activities to prospective customers to explore and present product solutions for our digital and print products.
• Meet or exceed annual sales goals.
• Create and implement strategic territory and business plans.
• Drive new business to foster growth within the territory.
• Provide accurate forecast and sales activity reporting using company sales tools and historical data.
• Participate in network building opportunities within territory, including conferences, group presentations, and industry functions.
• Other duties as needed.
