Cengage is seeking a dynamic sales professional to engage with K-12 districts, present digital product solutions, and drive revenue growth within assigned territories. You will partner with district leaders to align offerings with curriculum needs and student outcomes.

You will build pipelines, diagnose educator challenges, and tailor proposals to district goals while maintaining home-office readiness and aligning with school schedules. A strong track record in education sales is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Knowledge of K-12 curriculum needs is expected.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals in education markets.
• Ability to diagnose needs before pitching solutions.
• Proposes tailored, district-specific solutions.
• Ability to nurture relationships with customers and internal partners.
• Articulates how solutions support core curriculum and outcomes.
• Builds targeted lead generation strategies.
