Cengage Group is seeking a driven education sales professional to grow our digital and print product footprint in the assigned territory. You will build strategic plans, forecast activity, and present solutions to prospects while meeting sales targets.

Ideal candidates bring teaching experience and a proven record of sales growth, with strong communication and relationship-building skills. The role requires travel to client locations and the ability to lift 50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; teaching and education sales experience preferred in publishing.
• Track record of sales growth and meeting/exceeding goals.
• Excellent communication and ability to present solutions to customers.
• Ability to manage territories and build relationships with customers and partners.
• Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite; capable of transporting materials to client locations (50 lbs).

Responsabilités

• Engage in sales calls to explore and present product solutions for digital and print products.
• Meet or exceed annual sales goals.
• Create and implement strategic territory and business plans.
• Drive new business to foster growth within the territory.
• Provide accurate forecast and sales activity reporting using company tools and data.
• Participate in networking opportunities within the territory including conferences and industry events.
• Other duties as needed.
