Job summary

Alpha is hiring an Education Program Manager to coach Guides, build high-performing teams, and shape a new K-12 learning model across campuses. You will lead life skills workshops, drive student progress with data, and help launch new Alpha campuses from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or related leadership role.
• Experience leading teams of five or more people, including hiring and performance decisions.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience working with children ages 5-14 in educational, coaching, or developmental settings.
• Willingness to help launch a new campus from zero.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while maintaining high standards.
• Lead life skills workshops developing communication, leadership and focus for K-12 students.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals and progress in self-directed programs.
• Use data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses by building a culture centered on excellence and continuous improvement.
