Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Education Program Manager to coach Guides and build a culture of excellence across campuses. You will lead life-skills workshops, drive student outcomes with data, and help open new campuses.

This is a full-time on-site role with relocation support; candidates located in the markets listed or willing to relocate are encouraged to apply. Relocation support available; compensation reflects senior leadership scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or related leadership role.
• Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people, including hiring and performance-based termination decisions.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience working with children ages 5-14 in educational, coaching, or developmental setting.
• Experience building or launching a new team, program, business, school, or initiative, with willingness to help open a new campus from zero.
• Willingness to work in a school model that rejects traditional lecture-based pedagogy.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to consistently deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding Alpha's standards.
• Leading life skills workshops that develop communication, leadership, focus, and real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivating students to achieve ambitious learning goals and progress in self-directed programs.
• Using data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Helping launch and establish new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field
