Alpha is hiring an Education Program Manager to lead Guides, coach student experiences, and uphold Alpha's high standards across our campuses.

You will run engaging life skills workshops, mentor teams of five or more, and use data and coaching conversations to lift performance.

This is a full-time, on-site role with relocation support; the compensation is $200,000 USD per year, with weekly pay via Crossover.

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or a related leadership role.
Experience leading teams of five or more, including hiring and performance-based termination decisions.
Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.
Experience working with children ages 5-14 in educational, coaching, or developmental settings.
Experience building or launching a new team, program, business, school, or initiative, with willingness to help open a new campus from zero.
Willingness to work in a school model that rejects traditional lecture-based pedagogy.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Coach Guides to consistently deliver exceptional student experiences while maintaining Alpha's high standards.
Lead engaging life skills workshops that develop communication, leadership, focus, and other real-world skills for K-12 students.
Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals and maximize progress in their self-directed academic programs.
Use data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
Help launch and establish new Alpha campuses by building a culture centered on excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
