Job summary

Alpha seeks an Education Program Manager to coach Guides and build a culture of excellence across campuses. You will lead life skills workshops, motivate students, and drive data-informed performance improvements to ensure outstanding student experiences.

This full-time role is on-site at Alpha campuses in multiple markets, with relocation support and a compensation level around $200,000 USD per year. Join a team redefining K-12 education with bold, measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or a related leadership role.
• Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people, including hiring and performance-based termination decisions.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience working with children ages 5-14 in an educational, coaching, or developmental setting.
• Experience building or launching a new team, program, business, school, or initiative, with willingness to help open a new campus from zero.
• Willingness to work in a school model that rejects traditional lecture-based pedagogy.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides to consistently deliver exceptional student experiences while maintaining Alpha's high standards.
• Lead engaging life skills workshops that develop communication, leadership, focus, and other real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals and maximize progress in self-directed academic programs.
• Use data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Help launch and establish new Alpha campuses by building a culture centered on excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
