Job summary

As Education Program Manager you will coach Guides, lead life skills workshops, and drive student growth across campuses. You’ll evaluate data to raise performance, create accountability, and shape a culture of excellence while expanding Alpha's network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or related leadership.
• Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people, including hiring and terminations based on performance.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience with children ages 5-14 in educational, coaching, or developmental settings.
• Experience launching a new team, program, or campus from zero.
• Willingness to work in a school model that rejects traditional lecture-based pedagogy.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to consistently deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding Alpha's standards.
• Lead life skills workshops that develop communication and leadership for K-12 students.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals within self-directed programs.
• Use data and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
