Job summary

Alpha is hiring an Education Program Manager to coach Guides, build leadership, and create a culture of excellence across campuses. You’ll lead life-skills workshops, drive student growth, and ensure high-quality experiences for 5–14 year-olds.

Open to candidates willing to work on-site at Alpha campuses in major US markets; relocation support is available. This full-time, year-long role offers six-figure compensation and a weekly pay period, with data-driven performance as the core measure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or related leadership.
• Experience leading and developing teams of five or more, including hiring and performance decisions.
• Experience using data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience working with children ages 5-14 in educational/coaching setting.
• Willingness to relocate to Alpha campuses.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while maintaining high standards.
• Lead engaging life skills workshops developing communication, leadership, focus, and real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals and progress in self-directed programs.
• Use data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Help launch and establish new Alpha campuses with a culture of excellence and accountability.
