Job summary

Alpha is hiring Education Program Manager to coach Guides, build leadership within the team, and create an environment where students exceed expectations. The role centers on data-driven decision making, life skills workshops, and launching new campuses across multiple markets.

W2 full-time position with relocation support and six-figure compensation. Candidates must have 5+ years in education or related leadership and be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years in education, coaching, or related leadership.
• Experience leading teams of five or more people.
• Experience using data to drive performance improvements.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences and uphold Alpha standards.
• Lead life skills workshops developing communication, leadership and focus.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals in self-directed programs.
• Use data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve performance.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses and establish a culture of excellence.
