Job summary

Alpha is seeking an Education Program Manager to coach Guides, develop leaders, and create an environment where students consistently exceed expectations. You will lead life skills workshops, motivate students toward ambitious learning goals, and use data-driven coaching to boost outcomes.

This role includes helping open new campuses and building a culture of excellence across select markets. This is a full-time, on-site position with relocation support; applicants must have 5+ years in

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or a related leadership role.
• Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people, including hiring and performance-based termination decisions.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience working with children ages 5-14 in an educational, coaching, or developmental setting.
• Willingness to work on-site at an Alpha campus and relocation support available.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to consistently deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding Alpha's standards.
• Lead life skills workshops to develop communication, leadership, focus, and other real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals in self-directed programs.
• Use data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Help launch and establish new Alpha campuses and campuses across the network.
