Job summary

Alpha is seeking an Education Program Manager to coach Guides, lead life-skills workshops, and drive student outcomes. This role focuses on building a culture of excellence and accountability across campuses, not traditional teaching.

You will use data and coaching conversations to raise performance, support rapid campus launches, and develop leaders who inspire students to reach ambitious goals in a dynamic K-12 model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years leading and coaching teams in education or similar.
• Experience hiring decisions and performance-based termination decisions.
• Proven ability to use data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience working with children ages 5-14 in education or coaching.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding Alpha's standards.
• Lead life skills workshops developing communication and leadership in students.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals in self-directed programs.
• Use data, observations, and coaching to boost Guide performance and outcomes.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence and accountability.
