Job summary

Alpha seeks an Education Program Manager to coach Guides and elevate student experiences across campuses. You will lead life skills workshops, motivate learners, and use data to drive performance, with a focus on launching new campuses and building a culture of excellence.

The role requires at least 5 years in education or related leadership, a Bachelor's (Master's preferred), and authorization to work in the United States. On-site at multiple campuses in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or related leadership.
• Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people, including hiring and termination decisions.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience with children ages 5–14 in educational, coaching, or developmental settings.
• Experience launching or building a new team, program, or campus from zero.
• Willingness to work in a school model that rejects traditional lecture-based pedagogy.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding Alpha's standards.
• Lead engaging life skills workshops for K-12 students.
• Motivate students to achieve learning goals and progress in self-directed programs.
• Use data, observation, and coaching to improve Guide performance and outcomes.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
