Job summary

Existing leaders with 5+ years in education or coaching will thrive, relocating to a campus is supported. This is a high-impact role with a clear path to scale across campuses.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work on-site at Alpha campuses, relocation support available.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
• At least 5 years in education, coaching, learning and development, or leadership.
• Experience leading teams of five or more, with hiring and performance decisions.
• Proven use of data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience working with children ages 5-14 in an educational, coaching, or development setting.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding Alpha's standards.
• Leading life skills workshops that develop communication, leadership, focus, and real-world skills for K-12.
• Motivating students to achieve ambitious learning goals in self-directed programs.
• Using data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Helping launch and establish new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence and accountability.
