Job summary

Alpha is hiring for an Education Program Manager to lead Guides, coach life-skills workshops, and drive student success across our K-12 model. You will build high-performing teams, align operations with ambitious goals, and sustain uncompromising standards while inspiring others to excel. This is a full-time, on-site role with relocation support to multiple campuses in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, or a related leadership role.
• Experience leading teams of five or more people, including hiring and performance-based termination decisions.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience working with children ages 5-14 in educational, coaching, or developmental settings.
• Experience building or launching a new team, program, or initiative, with willingness to help open a new campus from zero.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding Alpha's high standards.
• Leading life skills workshops that develop communication, leadership, focus, and other real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivating students to achieve ambitious learning goals and maximize progress in self-directed programs.
• Using data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Helping launch and establish new Alpha campuses by building a culture centered on excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
