Job summary

Alpha is hiring for an Education Program Manager to lead Guides, coach teams, and drive outcomes across multiple campuses. You will shape the student experience by coaching life-skills workshops, setting high standards, and using data to optimize performance.

Successful candidates will have 5+ years in education or leadership, a strong track record of building teams, and a passion for launching new campuses within a fast-moving model. This is a full-time, on-site role across select US campuses.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or a related leadership role.
• Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people, including hiring and performance decisions.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.
• Willingness to work on-site at Alpha campuses in multiple cities.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding Alpha's standards.
• Lead life skills workshops to develop communication, leadership, and real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals in self-directed programs.
• Use data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and outcomes.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
