Job summary

Alpha is hiring an Education Program Manager to lead campus operations, coach Guides, and drive student outcomes. You’ll manage people, programs, and life-skills initiatives across multiple campuses, ensuring Alpha's promises to students are met with excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or related leadership role.
• Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people, including hiring and performance-based termination decisions.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience in K-12 education environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding Alpha's standards.
• Lead life-skills workshops that build communication and leadership in students.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals in self-directed programs.
• Use data, observation, and coaching to improve Guide performance and outcomes.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses by cultivating a culture of excellence and accountability.
