Job summary

Alpha is hiring an Education Program Manager to lead Guides, coach life-skills workshops, and drive student success across campuses. You will manage people, operations, and outcomes, aligning coaching, performance standards, and data-informed decisions to raise the entire program’s impact.

The role requires on-site work at multiple Alpha campuses, with relocation support. A strong background in education leadership and team development is essential for shaping a cutting-edge K-12 model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business; Master's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or a related leadership role.
• Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people, including hiring and performance-based termination decisions.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience working with children ages 5-14 in educational, coaching, or developmental settings.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to consistently deliver exceptional student experiences while maintaining Alpha's high standards.
• Leading engaging life skills workshops that develop communication, leadership, focus, and other real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivating students to achieve ambitious learning goals and maximize progress in self-directed academic programs.
• Using data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Helping launch and establish new Alpha campuses by building a culture centered on excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
