Job summary

Alpha is seeking an Education Program Manager to lead campus-based operations, coach Guides, and drive student outcomes across multiple U.S. locations.

This on-site leadership role focuses on building high-performing teams, using data to guide improvements, and scaling a campus culture of excellence. The role requires a minimum of five years in education or related leadership, aBachelor's degree in a relevant field, and willingness to work on-site at Alpha campuses, with relocation support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or a related leadership role.
• Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people, including hiring and making performance-based termination decisions.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience working with children ages 5-14 in an educational, coaching, or developmental setting.
• Willingness to work on-site at Alpha campuses in multiple U.S. locations.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to consistently deliver exceptional student experiences while maintaining Alpha's high standards.
• Leading engaging life skills workshops that develop communication, leadership, focus, and other real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivating students to achieve ambitious learning goals and maximize progress in their self-directed academic programs.
• Using data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Helping launch and establish new Alpha campuses by building a culture centered on excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
