Job summary

Alpha is seeking a qualified Education Program Manager to lead Guides, drive high-standards, and scale the district’s K-12 program across multiple campuses. You will coach life-skills workshops, motivate students, and ensure outcomes align with ambitious growth and quality goals.

The role emphasizes data-driven leadership, campus launches, and a commitment to Innovative education models, with relocation support and on-site campus work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams of five or more people.
• Experience using data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience working with children ages 5-14 in educational, coaching, or developmental settings.
• Willingness to work on-site at Alpha campuses and relocate if needed.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience building or launching a new team, program, or campus.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding Alpha's standards.
• Leading life skills workshops to develop communication and leadership in students.
• Motivating students to achieve ambitious learning goals in self-directed programs.
• Using data and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
