Job summary

Alpha is hiring for an Education Program Manager to lead the Guide program and drive the performance of student experiences across campuses.

You’ll coach Guides, run life-skills workshops, and build a culture of excellence with high accountability. This full-time W2 role includes relocation support and on-site work at multiple US campuses, with a compensation level of $200,000 USD per year paid weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or related leadership.
• Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to consistently deliver exceptional student experiences while maintaining Alpha's high standards.
• Leading engaging life skills workshops that develop communication, leadership, focus, and other real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivating students to achieve ambitious learning goals and maximize progress in their self-directed academic programs.
• Using data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Helping launch and establish new Alpha campuses by building a culture centered on excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
