Job summary

Alpha is hiring an Education Program Manager to coach Guides and raise student experiences across select campuses. You will build a high-performing team and shape a culture of excellence.

This full-time, W2 role requires 5+ years leading teams in education, willingness to relocate to campuses in Boston, Raleigh, NYC, Orange County, and Santa Barbara, and a passion for innovative K-12 learning; compensation is $200,000 USD/year with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in education/coaching.
• Experience leading teams of five or more people and hiring decisions.
• Experience using data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience working with children aged 5–14 in educational or coaching settings.
• Willingness to relocate to listed campuses or open new campuses.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding Alpha standards.
• Lead life skills workshops developing communication and leadership for K-12 students.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals in self-directed programs.
• Use data, observation, and coaching to improve Guide performance and outcomes.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses with a culture of excellence and accountability.
