Job summary

Alpha is seeking an Education Program Manager to coach Guides and uphold Alpha’s high standards across campuses. You will lead life-skills workshops and motivate students to achieve ambitious goals within self-directed programs.

You will use data and coaching conversations to elevate performance, and help launch new Alpha campuses, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, or leadership roles.
• Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding high standards.
• Lead life skills workshops to develop communication, leadership, focus, and real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals and progress in self-directed programs.
• Use data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and outcomes.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
