Zen Educate is seeking a high-energy professional in Miami to manage and grow a portfolio of US school partnerships and educators. You will build strong relationships with school partners, upsell Zen products, and support educators to place them in daily subbing or long-term roles.

The role combines relationship building, strategy, and urgency to drive outcomes, with growth opportunities as the company expands in the US market. You’ll join a fast-growing edtech startup on the ground floor.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage school partnerships and educators.
• Experience in sales, partnerships, or account management is a plus.
• Experience in education recruitment or similar is valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow US school partnerships and educator relationships.
• Generate demand for Zen educators within partner schools; upsell products and services.
• Act as main point of contact for school partnership stakeholders.
• Report key trends and feedback toProduct team to improve the platform.
