Zen Educate is seeking a high-energy Partnership Manager to grow a portfolio of US school partnerships in Miami while supporting educators to place them in daily subbing or long-term roles. The role blends relationship building, strategy, and urgent execution to meet schools’ needs and help educators earn more.

Qualifications

• Deep passion for the education sector and creating a positive social impact.
• Experience in sales, partnerships, account management, recruitment, or education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build deep, meaningful relationships with school partners.
• Generate increasing demand for Zen educators to be placed in classrooms.
• Upsell Zen products and services within your school partner portfolio.
• Act as a central point of contact for all school partnership stakeholders.
• Report on key trends and feedback to our Product team to improve our platform.
• Communicate daily with newly onboarded educators to place them in daily subbing or long-term roles.
• Maintain contact with active educators to provide feedback, ensure satisfaction, and solve problems.
• Coach educators and improve their performance in schools.
