Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce solutions and the Salesforce Platform.
• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent in CS/engineering.
• 5+ years in enterprise software deployment, system integration, or enterprise architecture.
• Understanding of cloud-based architectures (SaaS, PaaS, multitenancy).
• Knowledge of security in multi-tier cloud or hybrid apps.
• Familiarity with EA topics: SOA/EAI/ETL, BPM, BI/BA.

Responsibilities

• Understand business and technical requirements using a consultative approach.
• Partner with account executives and solution engineers to advance opportunities via workshops and architecture presentations; travel ~25%.
• Define customer-driven architectures by selecting Salesforce technologies and leveraging EA frameworks.
• Develop and communicate business and technical architectures (vision, roadmaps, reference architectures).
• Lead discussions on business and technical transformation using broad IT expertise.
• Contribute to RFP responses and technical requirement documents.
• Deliver best practices and reference architectures at sponsored events for customers and partners.
• Stay current through product, sales, and procedural training and certifications.
• Lead technical due diligence and risk management for customer engagements.
• Meet assigned quarterly and annual performance objectives.
