Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Account Solution Engineer for Global Public Sector Education. You’ll collaborate with sales, product experts, and partners to tailor solutions that address higher education challenges, from discovery through demonstrations and final proposals.

You will articulate business value, translate processes into technology, and lead technical conversations to drive adoption of Salesforce education platforms and AI-enabled use cases.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/Software Engineering or MIS required or higher.
• 7+ years with Salesforce or CRM in education focus.
• 5+ years in solution engineering, consulting, or delivery.
• AI/data certifications preferred related to generative AI.
• Strong understanding of education operations and student lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical aspects of the sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Engage with education institutions to map challenges to Salesforce solutions.
• Build and present tailored demonstrations aligned to goals.
• Translate education processes into technology solutions for stakeholders.
• Support RFPs/RFIs with technical responses and value demonstration.
• Collaborate with sales, services, product teams, and partners.
