Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of combined experience with Salesforce or other CRM solutions, with a focus on education.
• 5+ years in solution engineering, consulting, enterprise software delivery, or customer success.
• AI and/or data certifications, Salesforce-preferred, related to generative AI and LLM concepts.
• Deep understanding of education operations (student lifecycle, registrar, advising, curriculum management, financial aid, enrollment, alumni).
• Strong technical acumen with experience configuring and demonstrating Salesforce or similar enterprise platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to lead discovery sessions and craft tailored solutions for digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Solution Cycle with account teams to drive technical aspects from discovery to close.
• Understand institutional needs and map them to Salesforce solutions for higher education.
• Position Salesforce as a strategic partner and align Agentforce for Education with institutional initiatives.
• Prepare and present tailored demonstrations of Salesforce solutions.
• Contribute to RFPs and proposals with alignment to institutional priorities and Salesforce value.
• Collaborate across sales, professional services, product teams, and partners to ensure customer success.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in education and CRM to inform recommendations.
• Achieve quarterly and annual objectives related to customer engagement and revenue contribution.
