Qualifications

• B.S., M.S. or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering or MIS.
• 7+ years of experience with Salesforce or other CRM solutions, with a focus on education.
• 5+ years in solution engineering, consulting, enterprise software delivery, or customer success.
• Salesforce certifications, related to AI and LLM concepts, preferred.
• Deep understanding of education operations including student lifecycle and academic processes.
• Strong technical acumen with Salesforce in sales or implementation contexts.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Open to travel approximately 40%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the solution cycle from discovery to close with account executives, product specialists, and partners.
• Engage with education institutions to map challenges to Salesforce solutions.
• Position Salesforce as a strategic partner with tailored demonstrations.
• Translate education operations into impactful technology solutions.
• Lead the technical response to RFPs and RFIs, aligning with priorities.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure customer success.
• Stay ahead of education tech trends and incorporate insights.
• Meet quarterly/annual objectives related to engagement and revenue.
• Participate in training, certifications, and mentorship for growth.
• Drive consumption and value realization, including use-case scoping for AI/data products.
