Qualifications

• 7+ years of combined experience with Salesforce or other CRM solutions, focusing on education.
• 5+ years of experience in solution engineering, consulting, enterprise software delivery, or customer success.
• Artificial Intelligence and/or Data Certifications, Salesforce-preferred.
• Deep understanding of education operations including student lifecycle, financial aid, and alumni relations.
• Strong technical acumen with experience configuring and demonstrating Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to translate complex tech to stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead discovery sessions and craft tailored solutions for digital transformation in higher education.
• Experience with RFP and proposal processes, including responses aligned to institutional needs.
• Strong time management, prioritization, and ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Curiosity and passion for technology; collaborative across teams; willingness to travel ~40%.
• Salesforce certifications including Administrator, Education Cloud Consultant, Data 360 Cert, and Experience Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Solution Cycle from discovery to close with account executives and partners.
• Understand institutional needs by engaging with education institutions and mapping to Salesforce solutions.
• Position Salesforce as a strategic partner through tailored demos aligned to institutional goals.
• Translate education processes into technology solutions differentiating Salesforce capabilities.
• Lead technical responses to RFPs and RFIs ensuring alignment with institutional priorities.
• Collaborate across teams including professional services and partners to align solutions.
• Stay ahead of education trends and incorporate insights into recommendations.
• Meet quarterly and annual objectives related to customer engagement and revenue contribution.
• Invest in professional growth through training and certifications.
• Drive consumption and value realization through QBRs, health checks, and technical workshops.
• Define use cases, estimate consumption, and build plans for AI/Data product adoption.
• Develop and present Agentforce and Data360 use cases including POCs and workshops.
